This is the part where it's time for me to get a little bit serious and introduce myself. My name is Mihai Ploesteanu and I am the founder of Che Buono. The idea came to me when I was visiting my mother in Italy, where I have spent every summer holiday since I was 10 years old. That's where I met a very kind lady by the name of Maria Giannelli, who at the time owned an ice cream shop and she pushed me towards the business. I've been putting it off for a long time, but after the Covid pandemic, I realized that life is too short and there may not be a "later". So I finally went ahead and started to pursue my passion.
